An apple is a delicious fruit available in cheap rate all around the world, most of us like apple as it is a perfect dessert in any occasion. But do you think really, “An apple a day keeps the doctor away?” also whether it gives benefits to us? Here are 10 interesting facts about apples.

It’s   true apple contains  variety vitamins if you eat medium size apple,  you consumed 95% of calories, along with that you can get 4 grams of vitamins C and useful microelements like Manganese(Mn), Potassium(K), Copper (Cu),  vitamin A,E,B1,B2, Iron( Fe). It looks like all forms of vitamin found in a single fruit.
