Beauty of a person may be defined by their face, eyes, hair and style. Hair is a natural gift from our birth, once we take care of it in correct way it will be awesome. Many youth faces hair fall and hair damage issues nowadays, due to unhealthy food habits and irregular life cycle. In this busy world it is difficult to maintain one's hair. There are lots of reason for hair fall, hair damages, dandruff, etc. But if we spend some quality time in hair care we can resolve the problem. Here are some reasons for hair fall and damages.
1) Genetic reasonsPrimary reason for hair fall and damages may be genetic. If our parents, their parents and our ancestors had baldness we too have the same.
2) Unhealthy food habits
In those days, our grandparents eat food as their medicine, which is from their regular foods they can get required nutrients and stamina. But nowadays, due to taste and short time we eat fast and junk foods. Comparing with those days foods these fast foods were delicious to eat but don’t have any health benefits.
3) Harmful hair products
People loves the way corporate advertise their products. We watch ads buy the product and use them. How can we decide the best hair product by merely believe their ads.
Because most commercial hair products are formulated with a large chunk of harmful chemicals, which can cause life threatening toxic levels of ingredients. So it is good to read the label before use.
4) Digital world
In today’s technology development and situation we can’t live without smart phone, TV, computer, laptop. Because our life comes around them, we learn online, work from home in PC, surf Google for everything. Cell phone companies were making high frequency mode speedy network, so long time internet usage make devices heat and transmit harmful toxic rays.
5) Stress
We started to be materialistic, so we don’t believe our fellow humans. Due to work pressure in rapid world we isolate ourselves, become tensed, we don’t trust anyone and share our feelings. Dumping emotions inside a person make them feel stressed and cause nutrient deficiency which ultimately leads to hair loss and other diseases.
