1.    Write down 5 benefits of will achieve when you have your stress under control

When making changes or implementing anything in your life it is important to identify the benefit it gives. The habit of taking notes will encourage and motivate you to make changes and take action. Once you have this 5 benefits written down then ask yourself two questions:

·       What is the goal I want to achieve?

·       What are the benefits I expect from achieving this goal?

Write and stick these notes in a place where every morning you will see them.

2.    Get to know who you are and give some slack

Spend some time getting to know you, your personality, strength, things you not like doing and things you like to do. Be objective of this exercise is to become more suffer where so that you can quickly identify and manage these activities, to reduce their negative impact.


 When you know who you are and what is important to you, you will tend to manage activity causes negative results. We can our own enemies and hard on ourselves, which is not good to manage our stress in life. Expecting perfection in everything you do and comparing your activities with others will not be important to you when you know who you are. And you will be very happy.

3.    Exercise Regularly

This is a practical strategy that works. Regular exercise routine in your life builds your physical resilience to manage stress. Your body can fight stress better when it is fit. Along with exercising regularly eating healthy, well balanced meal is important when it comes to successfully managing the impact stress on your life.

4.    Learn and practice relaxation techniques

Researches suggest that early meditation may alter the brain’s neural pathways making you more resilient to stress. Get enough rest and sleep your body needs to recover from stressful events.

5.    Commit to spending time with people who make you smile

The more stress we face the more likely we are to withdraw from ourselves, friends and family. Stress will consume our life mentally, physically and spiritually, and all we do is to hide away from the world. Surrounding yourself by the people who bring joy, encourage and support, you will build a strong mental resilience. 


Keeping a positive vibes around you is easier to do, be with people who love and support you, laughing at loud and smiling lots is a great way to manage the stress level. The more you laugh in life the better the quality of your life will be.

6.    Be Grateful

Keeping a record of gratefulness is one of successful way in managing stress. Writing down the daily activities in which you are grateful will keeps you present and real.


 It gives you more optimistic and hopeful prospect of your life. To manage stress optimism and hope are two best ingredients. Without this you feel harder and even impossible to manage the stress.

7.    Commit to take action and do it

We live in the world with constant change and distraction so we will always be challenged with stress. Commit to take action in managing the impacts of stress, and do something about it, you are the only one who has the power to do it.
