Sun is the reason for getting good food and healthy life in earth. Not only for humans it produces food for all the living things in the world and protects us from diseases. Sun works 365 days without taking rest. The sun is 15 crore km away from our earth but creates more than 10 crore tons variety of food daily. How is it possible? Sun has magical rays which helps us in lots of ways.
Sun also provides another source of energy to keep you healthy. This source of energy enters the body through the skin on the surface of our body. This energy source is called “vitamin D”. The average adult human body is made up of about two and a half million cells and valve. Through these pores the waste inside the body are converted into sweat and expelled. When the sunshine touches our skin it converts that excellent vitality into vitamin D and provides it to millions of cells within the body. Going out in the sun will get you sweat and vitamin D.
Those who strive to maintain good health will definitely set up a lifestyle where they will be exposed to sun shine every morning or evening. Everyone form children to senior citizens need it. Vitamin D has been found to help strengthen bones, improve eyesight and keep the heart working smoothly. Take children outside for at least an hour in the sun to help them live well without disease. Even if you take them to the park, if they are in the shade for a while, make time to change them in the sun side. Many people hates sun, they even prevent sun light from entering the house through the window.
Sunlight also gives the bones hardness and strength. Modern youth in particular do not allow sunlight to reach their body, this result in a disease called Osteo porasis in middle age. which means that the bones lose their strength and become weak enough to break even if they are hit a little.
